Daniel Orth is an Industrial Designer / Design Researcher currently investigating how designers can create objects that people cherish as part of his joint PhD at UTS within the Materialising Memories research programme and the University of Dundee, Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design. He has previously worked with global retail clients including Revlon, Unilever, Nude by Nature and Energizer to develop design solutions as part of his role at a point of sale design consultancy. Daniel is a graduate of the Industrial Design course at UTS and now teaches UTS Integrated Product Design subjects related to his interests in emotional design, user-centred design and design research.
